Olive & Ember is a celebration of slow cooking, sun-drenched ingredients and the timeless art of gathering around a table. Inspired by coastal villages from the Amalfi Coast to the shores of Andalusia, our kitchen honours centuries-old techniques — wood-fired ovens, hand-pressed olive oils and produce harvested at its peak.
